Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to quotes and works carried out by Astra Property Maintenance Ltd.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the information provided at time of enquiry. Additional works identified on site may be chargeable and will be discussed before proceeding.
Works
All works are carried out by qualified trades. We are fully insured and follow relevant regulations for gas, electrical and building works.
Payment
Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur interest in line with statutory rates.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out. Pre-existing defects or issues discovered during works are not our responsibility unless caused by our workmanship.
